Do not give up because you have had failures in the past with fat burning diets. You only fail if you stop trying. It is very possible to lose two pounds per week if that is what you desire. You just need someone to show you how to do it. It is possible to lose two pounds per week, but I would do what is comfortable for you. Fat burning diets can be done easy if you make small changes every day or every couple of days. You do not have to make dramatic changes. It all depends on you. It is easy to change one thing every couple of days than to change 10 or 15 things all at once. Each day will build on the prior day. Soon you will have changed 20 things that help you lose weight without even realizing it.
You just need to be shown what to change and then you can chose when you want to change it. You can lose weight quickly or slowing depending on how many things you are comfortable changing. You may lose one pound in the first week or three pounds. Do not focus on the quantity. You lost weight and you should be proud. Keep building on your success. Make it a game and have fun with it. Most things seem easy when you have fun doing it. You can easily keep this weight off forever if you follow a good method. I have also failed in the past with many fat burning diets. This did not stop me from searching for a way to lose weight.
