3 Stages of the Fat Resistance Diet - Created by Dr Leo Galland

There are actually three levels or stages of the program and they are the following:
* Stage One - Basically, this stage involves making sure that the inflammation is lessened. This is done through eating less carbohydrates and more protein-rich foods. As much as ten servings of fruit per day are also required for this stage. * Stage Two - In this stage, some carbohydrates can be introduced, such as brown rice and oats. * Stage Three - This is the maintenance stage. More complex foods can be eaten. However, foods such as refined grain and processed foods should be avoided.
Upon examination, the above stages seem simple. However, Dr. Galland's book is very precise in what you can and can't eat. The disadvantages also include more expensive food products and lengthy preparation time. But the advantages of this program cannot be denied. In the first stage alone, one would notice lessened cravings or appetite. The diet is quick, safe, and very healthy. Truth be told, I'd even give it a try.
